Victoria is a performance coach who works with the whole person — not just the mind. Through movement, breathwork and visualisation, she helps people shift their physiology in real time so they can manage stress, build confidence, and perform at their best more of the time.
She founded Life In Motion Coaching to create space for individuals and teams to pause, reflect and grow — whether they are navigating change, building resilience, or seeking to improve their energy and wellbeing. Alongside her coaching, she is the BodySmart Partner Manager at the Physical Intelligence Institute, connecting people and organisations with tools and practices that translate science into sustainable performance.
She has recently completed teacher training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, deepening her understanding of how movement and breath create emotional balance and focus. Having lived and worked for 14 years in Japan, Victoria brings a global perspective and a calm, curious approach to her work. Her focus is always on making the science practical — leaving clients with strategies they can integrate into daily life and work straight away.
